  • Request the use of the RRCC facility by creating an account - "My Account"

 To request space, you must first create an account under “My Account”   

  • RRCC Faculty and Staff click on “Log In” and use your STAR ID and STAR ID Password
  • All other users click on "Create an Account" if this is your first time requesting space


  • Priority is given to RRCC classes and events.
  • All facility requests are tentative until you receive an email confirmation.
  • Facility charges will depend on the room(s) requested and specific needs.
  • The fee(s) must be paid by the day of the event.
  • Less than a 48 hour notice on a cancellation may result in a facility charge. 
  • Room use beyond normal business hours may require a two week notice and is subject to availability and staffing.
  • Fees will be charged for any damage to property and equipment.
  • NO FOOD or DRINK allowed in computer labs (SS135, SS143) or the HDIV / Telepresence Room (SS134).
